Returns

At Valorie Beauty, we want you to love your purchase.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For all other returns (change of mind, wrong shade, etc.), customers are welcome to return items within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
